Sydney is now experiencing a $7 billion renaissance with $4.8 billion worth of construction projects underway in the CBD alone. This is coupled with a further $3.1 billion of approved projects that are due for completion by 2025. Likewise, infrastructure works are booming with the development of WestConnex, NorthConnex, Sydney Metro and two light rail lines, which are all taking place concurrently.
