Josh is founder and CEO of JM&Co., a growth consultancy with a diverse background in commercializing disruptive ventures across two dozen industries in the private and public sector. Over the past 10 years, Josh’s efforts in workforce development have helped train thousands of truck drivers, broadband technicians, nurses, and clinicians on behalf of governments, colleges, private training centers, hospitals, and companies. Josh also leads technology integration programs for VR and AI in the defense sector and has helped introduce STEM training to children nationwide across hundreds of thousands of hours in digital learning environments.
